Stockholm Buddhist Vihara

is a Buddhist temple in the Theravada tradition, which is located in Jakobsberg, Järfälla. Theravada is the tradition that prevails for example in Sri Lanka and Thailand.

The temple has been in Stockholm since 1985 when the association Stockholm Buddhist Vihara was established by Sri Lankans living in Sweden and Swedes who wanted to learn more about Buddhism.
