3juveler Insight Sweden was established in 2004. Our wish is to explore, share, support and to experience the doctrine of the Three jewels: Buddha (the Awakened mind), Dharma (the Teachings), Sangha (the Community).

Our two female teachers offer a contemporary Swedish teachings of Vipassana meditation, Dharma and Buddhist psychology. The Association which has its basis in the Theravada tradition, organizes regular weekly meditations, retreats in the city and longer retreats with accommodation.
